To reserve your parking space, please submit an application online: Glenbrook South 2022-23 Student Parking Permit Application

Once your application has been received, we will contact you to confirm your application. Please wait for confirmation before sending payment or additional paperwork. Once your application is confirmed, please send payment and copies of your paperwork at that time.

PAYMENT

• The parking fee for the full semester is $300 and may be paid by cash or check.

• Checks are payable to St. Philip Lutheran Church and should specify "GBS Parking" on the memo line.

• Payment may be mailed to the church office at:

• Payment may also be dropped off in-person. To arrange a time, contact the office at cmc@stphilipglenview.org.

• Please be sure to clearly mark your payment with the name of the student on this application.

• Parking is reserved and assigned when payment is completed.

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND VEHICLE INSURANCE

• Please email a copy of your valid driver's license and vehicle insurance to parking@stphilipglenview.org as a part of this application.

• Alternatively, you may drop off (or make) copies in the church office with your payment.
