WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY

Scripture is at the heart of our faith. During the program year (September-May), we gather weekly to explore the readings for the coming Sunday. St. Philip follows a three-year cycle of readings called the Revised Common Lectionary. Readings will be publicized in the weekly e-news. View the readings anytime at this helpful website.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study + 9:00 a.m.

Dig into scripture this fall as we take a look at the upcoming lectionary readings for Sunday. No prep required. We’ll even have handouts if you forget your Bible! Meet in-person in the narthex or join us on Zoom. The coffee will be waiting for you!

Click here for at-home or small group Bible Study resources during the summer (or anytime!).

ADULT FORUM

We offer occasional opportunities for adult faith formation on Sunday morning. In Adult Forum, we explore a variety of topics related to scripture, faith, social issues, current events, or congregational life.

Upcoming Forums: Stay tuned!

GLOW (God's Love on Wednesdays)

We believe that we are better together - all ages, genders, etc. When we do faith formation together, we also experience God in new ways and learn from each other and our different life experiences and perspectives. Learn more here about GLOW, our intergenerational faith formation programming.

WOMEN'S RETREATS

We offer occasional opportunities for mini-retreats for the women of St. Philip. Due to an increase in COVID cases in our area, the women's retreat has been postponed until 2022 once it is safer to gather in-person. Please email us at cmc@stphilipglenview.org if you are interested in being included in future women's retreat invitations.
